TriDent is an independent training course that includes theory presentations, a head dissection, practical training on sedated horses under direct instruction and guest presentations.
Nine days of intense training, specialist tutoring, professional lectures, course notes, head dissection, practical sessions treating multiple sedated horses, equine dentistry equipment hire, insurance while attending the course, scrub top & PPE.

No. We assume students have no previous experience.
To become a registered EDT in the U.K. students need to pass a theory & practical exam run by either BEVA/BVDA or WWAED. The exams are run independently of the TriDent course.
All of our instructors are members of either BAEDT or WWAED and have a current DBS certificate. During each course students will be taught by at least three different instructors to learn a range of techniques & treatment plans.
In the area there is plenty of accommodation ranging from hotels, to holiday cottages and campsites.
